Labor Day Weekend Practice Schedule

Friday September 4th will be normal practice for all groups.

Senior: 3:45-5:30

Blue: 3:45-5:30

Saturday September 5th will be normal practice for all groups.

Senior: 9-11 am

Blue: 9-11 am

Red: 9-10:30 am

Monday September 7th there will be NO PRACTICE for any group!

Happy Labor day. If you go to the lake DO NOT GET INJURED we have a meet in 2 weeks!

I am doing the Chik-fil-A 5k that day if anyone wants to join me.
