What are this groups basic goals?
|
This group is for the intermediate competitive swimmer. This group builds upon the fundamentals introduced in the White group while introducing more advanced drills and stroke techniques. The group will begin learning the concepts of mental preparation and race strategy. Basic dry land (conditioning) routines will be introduced to increase coordination and balance. |

What meets does this group participate in?
|
We offer one in town meet a month to gain experience with a championship meet. Some red group swimmers choose to opt for the more competitive out of town meets offered as well. Talk to your child’s coach about what meets to participate in. |

What are the monthly dues of this group?
|
Monthly dues, $99/ Annual Registration Fee, $110
All members must Setup Auto Pay for electronic payment of dues and fees.

What equipment does my swimmer need?
|
Equipment Required: Goggles, Swim cap, fins, kickboard

How long is the swim season?

September-February is our short course season
March-July is our long course season
