Minimum 5-6 times per week.

What are this groups basic goals?
|
The blue group is designed for the advanced competitive swimmer.. The continuation of stroke refinement, basic conditioning, teamwork skills, goal setting, and a dry land program are included in the training regimen. This group further develops the concepts of workout structure, interval training, and aerobic conditioning. |

What meets does this group participate in?
|
Swimmers in this group will participate in all meets in town and out of town for qualifiers.

What are the monthly dues of this group?
|
Monthly dues, $115 / Annual Registration Fee, $110
All members must Setup Auto Pay for electronic payment of dues and fees.

What equipment does my swimmer need?
|
Goggles, Swim cap, fins, kickboard, and paddles

How long is the swim season?
|
September-February is our short course season
