Receive 4 weeks of preparation for summer swimming.

 

This is a separate program from our year round training competitive team.  

 

Designed for summer swimmers that want to perfect all strokes, starts and turns.

It is a low pressure approach for swimmers ages 5 + with stroke introduction; fun filled training drills, and a positive competitive atmosphere.

Required:  All interested swimmers must be deep water safe and be able to swim 25 yards, continuously, of freestyle and/or backstroke. Meets are not required.

Sessions will be: Monday and Wednesday from 6:00- 7:00 pm

                                                           OR

                           Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:00 pm
